For personalised or framed orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be hand-made and dispatched.

Liability for supplementary costs on delayed / lost / misrouted lie with us.

Responsibility for cost of goods return is decided on a case by case basis.

Costs for orders outside the UK are calculated by weight - please note a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle weighs just under 1kg 

United States and Canada

£11.99 - Orders under 2kg

£15 - Orders between 2kg and 4kg

£20 - Orders between 4kg and 6.5kg

£30 - Orders between 6.5kg and 10kg

£40 - Orders Over 10kg

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and size of the order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Customs and Duties - Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by US/ Canadian Customs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

Mystery Puzzles

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

If for any reason your puzzle arrives damaged then will happily send you a replacement.
